Participate in the Parade

Here's what you need to know if you want to be in the parade:

• There is no fee to participate.

• Don't forget to include signage indicating your group's name in case the judges want to award you a prize.

• 10:15 a.m.: When you arrive at the staging site on Ash Street near Center School, look for a volunteer in an orange vest. They will help you find the right location.

• 11:00 a.m.: The parade starts! Those on foot are welcome to hand out candy or giveaways but for safety's sake we ask that you not throw anything from floats or trucks.

• 12:00 p.m.: After the parade, you may park your truck or float in a designated area while you attend the awards ceremony. (This designated area will be determined closer to the date.) Please pick up and dispose of any trash you may have left at the staging or return site.
